Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: Open only to early-stage AI startups (MVP/Prototype/Early Traction).

Selection: All applications will be reviewed by a jury panel. The Top 10 startups will be selected to pitch live at World AI Summit 2025, Bengaluru.

Pitching: If selected, you must confirm participation by August 17. 2025

Intellectual Property: Your IP remains yours. Pitches and shared materials may be used only for judging and promotional purposes by the organizers with due credit.

Travel: Travel and accommodation to attend the summit are the responsibility of the participating startup unless otherwise specified.

Summit Passes: Selected startups will receive complimentary delegate passes for World AI Summit 2025.
