Eligibility Criteria

Startup Category

Startups must have had an operational presence or a registered office in India for at least 6 months at any point between 31st March 2019 and 31st May 2025.

Other Categories

Organisations established prior to 31st March 2019 with active operations in India are eligible to apply under all categories except the Startup category.

General Requirement

Only AI-driven initiatives, innovations, technologies, platforms, or strategies will be considered eligible.

Submission Process

  • All nominations must be submitted exclusively online through the official nomination portal - worldaisummit.com/awards. No physical or email submissions will be accepted.
  • The payment of the fee prior to the submission of the documents is mandatory.
  • Incomplete entries or submissions without the required documents will not be accepted. The accuracy of the information provided is the sole responsibility of the applicant.

  • Entries are deemed valid only after full payment of the applicable nomination fee.
  • Fees can be paid via cheque (in favour of “Elets Technomedia Pvt. Ltd.”), NEFT, RTGS, or credit/debit card via the online payment gateway.
  • Cheque payments will be considered valid only upon successful realization.

Evaluation Process

  • All nominations will undergo a preliminary screening followed by evaluation by an independent jury panel.
  • The jury may reach out for clarifications or additional details. It is the applicant’s responsibility to respond within the given timeframe, or the nomination may be disqualified.

Important Points

  • Each entry must be assigned to the relevant category and must include complete responses to all mandatory fields.
  • Entries can be saved and edited until payment is completed.
  • Entries should provide clear, data-driven insights into the AI innovation, impact metrics, and implementation strategy

Non-Compliance & Disqualification

Entries not adhering to the above guidelines will be automatically disqualified.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel entries for non-payment, incomplete submissions, or misrepresentation of facts.
